[Book Review] Married With Zombies by Jesse Petersen

Married With Zombies (Living with the Dead, #1)Married With Zombies
Jesse Petersen
A heartwarming tale of terror in the middle of the zombie apocalypse.

Meet Sarah and David.

Once upon a time they met and fell in love. But now they're on the verge of divorce and going to couples' counseling. On a routine trip to their counselor, they notice a few odd things - the lack of cars on the highway, the missing security guard, and the fact that their counselor, Dr. Kelly, is ripping out her previous client's throat.

Meet the Zombies.

Now, Sarah and David are fighting for survival in the middle of the zombie apocalypse. But, just because there are zombies, doesn't mean your other problems go away. If the zombies don't eat their brains, they might just kill each other.

Overall score: 100000000 amazing stars!!!

OMGGGGG! I absolutely freaking loved this!! Sarah and David are a couple that's on the point of getting a divorce. Everything about each other irritates them, they argue non-stop and have been seeing a therapist for six months in hopes of recovering their marriage.

One day on their way to therapist's they noticed that there is barely any traffic and not a lot of people in sight. After they get into the office, the next thing they know is their therapist trying to eat them! Once they bashed her head in with her own heel, they needed to figure out a way to escape the craziness without getting eaten alive while trying to put up with each other and learn how to work as a team.

Arrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhh!! I don't know why I loved this book so much but I seriously did! I think it was mostly because I was listening it on audible and the performance was amazing! Since the book was written with Sarah being the narrator, it was hilarious! I cannot wait to read/listen to the second book and continue with this series!

“So you killed him with what now?"
"I tried that Dr. Phil book at first"..."And I finished it off with the toilet seat. Just so you know, you left it up again. That drives me crazy.”
