Start of the Summer & Books 'n' Bloggers Swap Reveal

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! SUMMER IS HERE!! I know it might be a little late but here in Seattle it's very rare that we don't have rain (yes, the rumors are true, it's bad.) So.. What did I do on the start of summer? WE WENT TO THE CABIN!!! 

Yup, a whole week of doing absolutely nothing! My office was closed on Friday so it gave me a chance to take advantage of 3-day weekend and leave the stinky city. Me & my boyfriend made sure we got tons of food and pretty much just ended up sleeping, eating, swimming, and hiking. IT. WAS. AMAZING.!

Oh & of course that meant more time for me to read so I totally took advantage of my Kindle and while my boyfriend was snoozing, I got more pages in and discovered some awesome books that I'm super glad I've read. & I might have gone for a run in the beginning. But after eating for a week straight, I could barely get out of the car lol

 

Now it's time for Books 'n' Bloggers Swap Reveal!! This was my first time participating in this event & I totally loved it! For anyone who haven't seen this around, Chaotic Goddess Swaps is a genius when it comes to this! The whole process was easy and my swappie, Shieka from Doctor's Notes was super awesome! Here's the goodies that I was lucky to get from this lovely lady! 

I can't get over how beautiful these are and I'm so excited to finally check out Throne of Glass! Maybe I won't be far away from the buzz and finally can catch up to everyones reviews. Oh & I also got a bookmark with a Russian flag picture. I can't believe that she did research and figured out that I was Russian! Just brings tears to my eyes how amazing people can really be!!

What is the kindest thing anyone has done for you?
This is a hard question... I don't know why but it really is. I think the latest kindest thing that somebody done for me was help me get out of the small parking lot in Downtown Seattle. The man stepped out of his truck and guided me through so I didn't hit anybody. I thought that was so nice because he was a stranger and you never should trust anyone in Downtown Seattle lol

What is most memorable about your high school years?
Definitely being a Team Captain for  Varsity Soccer Team. We weren't that good anyways and always lost games but it was an amazing experience. 

Have you ever gotten up early for a "black Friday sale"?
Actually I never have! I spent an all-nighter and went to s sale but never woke up for it. I'm terrible at waking up early so if I go to sleep - nothing can wake me up. Even my 4 alarms that I have set up lol

Were you named after anyone?
I am. My real name is Elvira and I was named after my dad's cousin who lives in Moldovia. I've never met her but I heard a lot of stories and she's amazing!

Would you bungee jump, skydive or something similar?
HELL YEAAAAAA! I'm planning on doing both this summer and thinking about being a guide for river rafting as well. Totally excited!

What was the last thing that made you cry?
So the last thing that made me cry was when my boyfriend accidently headbutted me. I was trying to hug him and when he turned around, he hit my head and I started crying haha But then of course after my lip swallowed up, I was laughing my ass off

What chore do you absolutely hate doing?
Everything haha But if I have some good music to listen to and I'm in a good mood, I don't mind them at all!

What is your favorite form of exercise?
Abs! I love how good it burns when I do abs exercises even though I am lazy sometimes to do them hehe

What is your current desktop picture?
I have Bing set up so the picture changes every day. It's kind of cool actually because I can see everything around the world and never get bored. But I have to say, today's picture is a little weird.

Vegasssssss!!! Who needs time to pack if I'm more likely to be drunk and nude anyways lol Oh well of course I'll being my Kindle with me ;)
